Who i am?
I'm Stephen D'Avola, a licensed (Federescursionismo Sicilia) hiking guide for the Sicily. I'am 33 and i'm happy to bring you to discover hiddem gems in Sicily.

When you start your hiking experiences?
Since i'm a child i grow up in the Madonie mountains. Hiking is an important part of my life.
When i was in my early twenties i start to do hike in Sicily, especially in the Madonie Park and in the Nebrodi Park. Later i visit the other part of the isle (including Etna) and some of the most impressive National Park in Italy (Majella, Pollino, Sila etc).
Since 2021 i am a licensed hiking guide for all the Sicily.
Which language do you speak?
I was born in France so french is my first language with italian. I learn english at school and improve my language during some trip in Anglo-Saxon country like U.S.A. and Ireland.
Why we have to choose you for our excursions?
This job is a passion for me. I love nature, walking (i made the St.James Way from SJPD to Fisterra), forest bathing and adventure.
I spend much time during the year to explore new fantastic places to see in same of the most unknowed area of the island.
We drive, during the last years, hundreds of guests in the best natural places in Sicily, with maximum security and maximum amusement.
